We aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with our products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a store credit of the retail price. 

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery.
• The returned item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Once item(s) are received and inspected, a store credit (digital gift card) of the retail price will be emailed to you. Store credit does not expire and can be used for a future purchase or transferred to another individual for purchase on depuistoujours.com

We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

• Items purchased during seasonal sales and with promotions, discounts, or store credits are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.

Holiday Return Window:
• Items purchased during the holiday season (Nov 20 - December 31) are eligible for returns until January 10th.

Depuis Toujours is a French saying meaning "Since Always".

Our hats fit more like a baseball cap than a dad cap. They are one size with an adjustable strap at the back to fit to your liking. We recommend slightly curving the brim for best fit. 

Our hats ship direct from our fulfillment partner in Allentown, PA.

Unfortunately, not yet! We are online only at the moment but are actively looking for opportunities to expand our presence. In the meantime, we do offer easy exchanges and returns online.
